We provide private FTP setups as a courtesy for our clients. You may use either your familiar web browser or  fully-featured FTP client software to access the server. To enable private access to our secure FTP server, please contact your sales representative for your login information.

If you are using a browser, go to this address: http://transfer.verdantmedia.com There, you will be prompted for your username and password.

If you are using FTP client software, set the host to transfer.verdantmedia.com, enter your username and password and then connect.

We accept files electronically 24/7/365, and process them during regular business hours – M–F, 8:30 am to 5 pm.

We ask that you confirm all electronic file submissions with a fax or phone call. Please include all necessary job specifications in your fax or a plain text document included with your files. For the fastest processing and to avoid errors, send a screen-resolution PDF to check against.
